Holland & Hart Moves Into New Denver Tech Center Office in "Green" Building

DENVER (August 3, 2009) - Holland & Hart LLP, the largest law firm based in the Mountain West, has relocated its Tech Center office to the Village Center Station in Greenwood Village, CO. The new building is a premier business and transit-centered development in Denver's Southeast business corridor.

The Village Center Station has been pre-certified for LEED by the United States Green Building Council. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, and is the Council’s rating for environmentally efficient, sustainable buildings. The building is also walking distance from the city's Arapahoe Light Rail station which serves approximately 4,500 people a day.

"We are very pleased to be in the new building," said Administrative Partner, Brian Mumaugh. "We believe this office provides us with an even better opportunity to continue to serve our Southeast area clients. I am excited about the building's green initiatives, as they are in line with Holland & Hart's own sustainable efforts."

"Shea is very excited to welcome Holland & Hart as a tenant to Village Center Station," Executive Vice President of Shea Properties, Peter Culshaw, said. "We have been fortunate now
on four occasions to have Holland & Hart join us as a tenant in one of our developed properties. We couldn't be happier." Culshaw continued, "I know with Village Center Station's many amenities and pre-certified LEED Silver award, this will be a great home
for Holland & Hart for years to come."

Holland & Hart's Tech Center Office now has occupancy of the fifth floor. The office's new address is 6380 S Fiddlers Green Cir, Englewood, CO 80111. The office will be hosting an open-house welcome event for its clients and contacts in September.
