Holland & Hart LLP Earns Outstanding Associate Award at BANN-ER Awards

Holland & Hart LLP earned the Outstanding Associate Award at the 21st Annual BANN-ER Awards, Dec. 1, hosted by the Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN). The event honors the work and contributions of the building industry’s most innovative partners, and recognized Holland & Hart for its legal service and partnership.

BANN represents over 600 construction industry professionals, including local and national homebuilders, and associate companies that serve homebuilders. Holland & Hart was honored among over 70 total awards.

“The attorneys of Holland and Hart are exceptional in their work and in their involvement in our community, so it is fitting that Doug Flowers, Megan Fogarty, and Frank LaForge were nominated and won BANN’s Outstanding Associate Member Award,” said Don Tatro, Executive Director of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada. “From helping our members navigate the complexities of real estate law, to serving on the Builders board of directors, these individuals represent the best of the legal industry while protecting the building industry.”

Holland & Hart has been an associate member of BANN since 2008, and has served on the board since 2015.

“The Builders Association is a tremendous group of professionals committed to responsibly meeting the housing needs brought on by Northern Nevada’s growth,” said Doug Flowers, a Holland & Hart partner and BANN board member. “There are many layers to residential development, and we are privileged to provide the homebuilding industry with expertise in real estate acquisition, development, and finance.”
