Holland & Hart Launches Immigration Law Blog

DENVER (November 16, 2007) - Holland & Hart's Immigration practice group has launched an Immigration Law blog to help employers understand and comply with the frequently changing area of immigration law.

On http://immigrationlaw.typepad.com/, Holland & Hart immigration attorneys contribute information covering new regulations and policy changes that may affect employers' ability to transfer, hire, and retain workers as well as recent developments in employment eligibility and verification programs.

"It is our goal to help employers comply with the myriad of immigration laws and regulations governing the employment relationship," said Chris Thomas, chair of the firm's Immigration practice.

Visit Holland & Hart's new Immigration Law blog to read the most recent postings concerning changes in travel documentation requirements, Colorado's employment verification laws, remarks from the Department of Homeland Security, and the new Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9.
