Gordon is a partner in Holland & Hart's Construction Practice Group and the current chair of the Construction Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association. In his practice, he prepares, defends, and litigates construction claims and appeals. In addition to his litigation work, Gordon is involved in project development. He counsels and represents project owners, design professionals, and general contractors in the drafting and negotiating of design and construction contracts for a variety of project-delivery systems.
