Attorney Little V. West has joined Holland & Hart’s Santa Fe office as Of Counsel, expanding the firm’s employment law and commercial litigation services within its Labor and Employment litigation practice.
“We’re excited to have Little join our L&E litigation team. Not only will his services be valued in New Mexico, but throughout our region, and for the labor and employment clients we serve nationally,” said Brad Cave, Holland & Hart’s Labor and Employment practice group leader.
Little V. West provides counsel to corporations regarding best practices and legal compliance in labor and employment matters, and trains human resource professionals on federal and state discrimination laws and obligations under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Before joining Holland & Hart, Mr. West was an associate at a Santa Fe-based law firm. Prior to that, he clerked for the Hon. Terrance L. O’Brien of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the Hon. Bruce D. Black of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
“Little’s experience working with human resource professionals on various levels will be a valuable asset to our clients in New Mexico and across our L&E practice,” said Santa Fe Administrative Partner, Brad Berge.
