Holland & Hart Highly Recommended as Leading Litigation Firm

Holland & Hart Highly Recommended as Leading Litigation Firm

DENVER (October 22, 2007) -  Holland & Hart is highly recommended as a top litigation firm in Colorado in Benchmark: Litigation, a guide to America's leading business litigation firms and attorneys. Individually, partners Scott Barker and Maureen Witt are named as local litigation stars.

For its debut issue, Benchmark asked leading legal professionals, in-house counsel, and business owners to name the best firms and attorneys in each state. Those firms deemed "highly recommended" received the most mentions and are held up as being definitively dominant in their particular jurisdiction, says the publication. The attorneys mentioned, such as Barker and Witt, reflect those individuals who were recommended consistently as incontrovertible stars by clients and peers.

Barker is a partner in the firm's Denver office and has practiced law at Holland & Hart for 26 years. He is past Chair of the Firm's Management Committee and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including class actions.

Witt is a partner in the firm's Denver Tech Center office. Her 25 years of experience span a wide variety of subject matters including labor and employment, commercial disputes, business torts, personal injury and medical malpractice, products liability, antitrust, oil and gas, and toxic tort litigation.
