DENVER (November 14, 2005) - Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce that Robert T. Connery will be the next president of the Holland & Hart Foundation, taking the place of Jennifer H. Weddle who has served successfully for the past year and a half.

"Bob is not just a distinguished lawyer with a record of pro bono contribution, but he also personally embodies the values of civic commitment, integrity, and service which characterize Holland & Hart at its best," said firm chairman Paul Phillips. "He will provide wise leadership and inspiration to the Foundation and the firm in this new role."

The past president, Ms. Weddle joined Holland & Hart in 2000 and became the Foundation president in 2004. In her time as president, she aided the Foundation with many service projects including raising money for tsunami relief, funding a school trip for two dozen needy students, and donating warm clothing and blankets to homeless shelters.
"Jennifer has been an excellent Foundation president," said Mr. Phillips. "Her enthusiasm, energy, and caring for all that the Foundation represents brought increased visibility and participation to the Foundation's many activities and helped fulfill the Foundations purpose of building community both within and outside the firm."
Ms. Weddle is a member of the litigation group at Holland & Hart's Denver office. Since joining the firm, she has been actively involved in Holland & Hart's growing Indian Law practice. She has handled a wide variety of matters for tribal and non-tribal clients alike.
The Holland & Hart Foundation was established in 1998 to carry on the firm's tradition of community service.
