Holland & Hart Elects Timothy P. Getzoff To The Firm's Partnership

BOULDER, COLORADO September 24, 2003... Holland & Hart is pleased to welcome a new partner to the firm. At the Annual Partnership Meeting on Saturday, September 20, Boulder attorney Timothy Getzoff was approved for admission to the partnership effective January 1, 2004.

Mr. Getzoff's practice focuses on litigation and trial work exclusively in the trademark, patent, trade secret, and copyright areas. Mr. Getzoff also specializes in counseling clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.. Mr. Getzoff, who originally joined the firm in 1996, has handled numerous cases involving infringement, dilution, unfair competition, patent infringement, and trade secret misappropriation before state and federal courts, including the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Mr. Getzoff earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado (1996) and his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley (1990).
