DENVER, COLORADO September 24, 2003... Holland & Hart is pleased to welcome a new partner to the firm. At the Annual Partnership Meeting on Saturday, September 20, Denver attorney Teresa Locke was approved for admission to the partnership effective January 1, 2004.
Ms. Locke, who joined the firm in 1995, has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of contract, commercial, and personal injury disputes including trials, appeals, and hearings. She has experience in cases involving employment disputes, debtor creditor matters, intentional business torts, negligence, premises liability and breach of contract claims.
Ms. Locke earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law (with honors, 1995) and her B.A. from Southwest Baptist University (1987).
