Holland & Hart Elects Kristine M. Miller To The Firm's Partnership

DENVER, COLORADO September 29, 2003... Holland & Hart is pleased to welcome a new partner to the firm. At the Annual Partnership Meeting on Saturday, September 20, Boulder attorney Kristine Miller was approved for admission to the partnership effective January 1, 2004.

Ms. Miller specializes in representing trademark owners in the selection, clearance, registration, licensing, and enforcement of their marks worldwide. She also assists clients in securing, licensing and enforcement of their copyrights, and in reviewing and substantiating advertising claims to reduce the risk of competitive claims and regulatory intervention. She has argued intellectual property cases before federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Prior to joining Holland & Hart in 1999, Ms. Miller practiced with a Washington, D.C. law firm for over four years in the areas of trademark, copyright, and advertising.

Ms. Miller earned her J.D. (1995) and her B.A. (1992) from the University of Colorado.
