Holland & Hart Elects Elizabeth A. Nedrow To The Firm's Partnership

BILLINGS, MONTANA September 29, 2003... Holland & Hart is pleased to welcome a new partner to the firm. At the Annual Partnership Meeting on Saturday, September 20, Billings attorney Elizabeth Nedrow was approved for admission to the partnership effective January 1, 2004.

Ms. Nedrow, who joined the firm in 1995, is experienced advising employers in all aspects of employee benefits, from pension plans (including employee stock ownership plans) to welfare plans and executive compensation plans. Ms. Nedrow also has extensive experience with business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, and counsels both buyers and sellers on the handling of their employees' benefits in such matters.

Ms. Nedrow is a Montana native, and earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (cum laude, 1995) and her B.A. from Harvard University (magna cum laude, 1990).
