For the sixth consecutive year, Holland & Hart has received Gold Standard Certification from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF). WILEF Certification recognizes leadership roles achieved by equity women partners, rather than the policies or practices of the firm or the overall number or percentage of women in the partnership.
This year, WILEF increased the threshold that firms must meet to demonstrate their commitment to promoting and fairly compensating women attorneys: women must constitute at least 15 percent of firm and U.S. branch office heads and 15 percent of the top half of U.S. equity partners in terms of compensation must be women. Only 31 firms met this year’s qualifying criteria, and Holland & Hart is one of only six firms that met all six of the qualifying criteria.
