Holland & Hart CLE Presentation – Environmental Compliance and Enforcement Update

Holland & Hart LLP, will present a two-hour CLE program on key transmission-related environmental compliance and enforcement issues. The program will draw from the S-R Project experience, but will aim to provide attendees with a strategic and substantive perspective on compliance useful for all major infrastructure projects. The presenters are leading practitioners in the areas of white collar environmental criminal defense; and Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Endangered Species Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and Clean Water Act compliance.
