Holland & Hart Firm Chair Chris Balch was recently interviewed by Law360 for its Law Firm Leaders series. Balch discussed how the firm has responded to and weathered the pandemic, the firm’s strategy for attracting and retaining the next generation of lawyers, and some of the firm’s goals for the future.
