Holland & Hart Announces the Addition of Chris Simboli to the Firm's Boise Office

BOISE, Idaho – Sept. 7, 2011 – Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Simboli to the firm's Boise office.

Simboli, a member of the firm's intellectual property group, will advise clients on a wide range of intellectual property and technology matters.

His practice will be focused on the protection, commercialization, licensing and transfer of intellectual property and technology. This will include the licensing of patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, as well as the licensing of software and other technologies; the sale and purchase of high technology hardware products; the securing of intellectual property rights in connection with research and development, joint development, professional services and various other technology creation projects; the protection of confidential information, as well as the protection of rights in connection with various internet-related matters and transactions.

Simboli holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law, LL.B from University of Windsor School of Law and B.A. honors from Carleton University.
