DENVER (May 26, 2009) - Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to welcome 16 law students from schools across the nation who will serve as the firm's 2009 summer clerks. These individuals joined the firm today and will complete their clerkships on July 31, 2009. Holland & Hart's Summer Clerk Program was ranked 11th in the nation by a recent survey conducted by American Lawyer magazine.
As a summer clerk, these outstanding law students will have the opportunity to work under the experienced tutelage of some of the finest lawyers in the country in the firm's Business, Litigation, and Resources departments. The clerks will attend weekly, in-depth training, tackle sophisticated legal issues, and receive hands-on experience in their areas of interest. Each clerk is paired with associate and partner mentors, who will provide support, training and guidance throughout the summer term.
Each student brings a unique perspective to the clerkship. The summer clerks have diverse backgrounds, including working as a legislative intern for congress, volunteering at a local family law clinic, directing a university alumni association, or helping Argentinean children in Buenos Aires.
