Holland & Hart Advises Signal Peak Ventures in Additional Seed Financing of Kronologic

Holland & Hart represented Signal Peak Ventures, a Salt Lake City-based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage technology companies across the United States, in additional seed financing of Kronologic, owner of the artificial intelligence-enabled scheduling platform, Calendar Monetization™. The financing led by Signal Peak Ventures includes follow-on from existing investors Silverton Partners, Next Coast Ventures, and Geekdom Fund.

The Holland & Hart transactional team was led by corporate partner Marc Porter, with assistance from Justin Wood, John Ludlum, Elizabeth Roberts, Hao Wang, and Bryan Benard.
