DENVER — Holland & Hart is proud to announce that for the fourth consecutive year, it has achieved Mansfield Rule Certification following the year-long Mansfield Rule 4.0 program, an initiative of Diversity Lab. The certification measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30% women, underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities, and senior lateral positions.
Holland & Hart is also proud to announce that it has achieved “Mansfield Certification Plus” status, which is granted to a firm that has also successfully reached at least 30% underrepresented lawyer representation in a number of leadership roles.
“The Mansfield Rule program has been a significant driver in supporting our diversity, equity, and inclusion endeavors by ensuring that we intentionally measure, analyze, and account for the results of our DEI initiatives,” said Phyllis Wan, Holland & Hart’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. “Sharing best DEI practices and learning what is working and not working at peer firms has been extremely valuable as we implement new approaches to increase the number of underrepresented lawyers in our firm’s leadership ranks and improve our retention efforts. Holland & Hart remains committed to moving the DEI needle, and the Mansfield Rule program is an important tool in our DEI toolbox,” added Wan.
Holland & Hart is one of 160+ firms that has signed on to the Mansfield Rule 5.0 program for large law firms. For more information about Mansfield Rule 4.0 Certification, see Diversity Lab’s press release.
