Holland & Hart Achieves ISO 27001 Certification for Information Security Management

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce it has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) practices after receiving third-party accreditation from the International Standards Organization. Obtaining this certification is just one of the many initiatives the firm is undertaking to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our clients' information.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is an ISMS standard published in October 2013 by the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission.

A-LIGN is an ISO/IEC 27001 certification body accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board to perform ISMS 27001 certifications. Following an extensive audit process, A-LIGN certified that Holland & Hart has technical controls and formalized IT Security policies and procedures in place. The certification confirms the firm has implemented security measures and countermeasures that protect it from unauthorized access or compromise; and the firm’s IT personnel were found to be conscientious and knowledgeable in security best practices.

This certification demonstrates Holland & Hart’s continued commitment to information security at every level and ensures that the security of client data and information has been addressed, implemented, and properly controlled in all areas.
