She supports clients in high-value matters, coordinating internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution. She is passionate about guiding clients through high-stakes deals by leveraging her experience across M&A, public debt offerings, secured lending, and high-volume commercial agreements to address the complex documentation and financing demands of transformative transactions.
