Henri S. Vanderhage Joins Holland & Hart's Denver Office
DENVER (September 15, 2008) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Henri "Hank" S. Vanderhage has joined its business and tax departments.
Vanderhage will be a member of the firm's business department, focusing the majority of his legal practice on a wide range of federal and state tax matters. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Vanderhage was an associate at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, in Denver. He was formerly an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, D.C. where he provided advice to IRS and Department of Justice attorneys on administrative procedures and tax litigation issues, assisted IRS attorneys across the nation in the drafting of motions and briefs, and argued motions in the U.S.Tax Court. Vanderhage practiced as a certified public accountant in Washington state for three years prior to attending law school.
Vanderhage earned his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, and his B.S. from Central Washington University.
