Hannah guides clients through the litigation process while steering the case toward achieving each client’s unique goals.
She handles a variety of complex commercial litigation cases, including ownership disputes and business divorces, software implementation disputes, and other breach-of-contract and tort claims. Hannah works closely with clients to reduce the stress of litigation and build a case strategy that aligns with their short and long-term goals, both for the litigation and beyond. She focuses on a variety of industries, including financial services, ski areas and outdoor recreation, and software and technology.
In addition to her summer clerkship with Holland & Hart, Hannah served as a law clerk for the Hon. Monica M. Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, she interned for Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
