Providers are searching for answers concerning the appropriate use and documentation necessary to support the receipt of Provider Relief Funds. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has already warned providers that misuse of the funds or failure to comply with their terms and conditions may result in significant penalties. In this complimentary webinar, Kim Stanger will address the current guidance from HHS, including:

  • A brief overview of the funds and entitlement to each;
  • Updated terms and conditions associated with the funds;
  • Permissible uses of the fund;
  • Documenting use and updated guidance concerning mandatory reports; and
