The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (“ACA”) was adopted in 2010 and, since that time, regulations and related compliance dates have continued to develop, and the ACA’s implementation has changed the delivery of healthcare in the United States. In this webinar, Kelly McIntosh will discuss the status of many key ACA provisions applicable to and affecting healthcare providers. Topics covered will include:

  • Compliance deadlines - actions with which you should be complying now and those that will become effective in 2015 and beyond
