On January 20, 2021, Greg Saylin, a labor and employment partner in Holland & Hart’s Salt Lake City office, appeared on Park City Television's Mountain Connections show to discuss strategies businesses can implement to increase diversity and inclusion within their workplace, including getting involved with local schools, universities, and community organizations to help build a diverse candidate pool; incorporating mentorship programs within the organization to ensure employee success and advancement; and providing sensitivity awareness programs to reduce biases.
