Global Climate Change: Integrating Environmental Justice Into Policy, Regulation, and Litigation

Presented by the Denver University Law Review, this one-day symposium features legal and policy professionals from around the country who will discuss a range of issues in the rapidly evolving area of climate change. Colorado State Attorney General John Suthers will deliver the Keynote Address and Holland & Hart's own James Holtkamp will be featured during the luncheon to discuss climate change from a corporate perspective.

The symposium's four panels will address the environmental justice issues related to climate change, regulating the carbon market, jurisdictional responses to climate change, as well as the courts' responses to climate change issues.
