Holland & Hart LLP represented Global Leveraged Capital (GLC) in the successful acquisition of VKGS LLC (dba Video King®) and its affiliated entities. The acquisition of Video King, which closed on June 4, expanded GLC’s gaming interests into bingo operations.
GLC is a private investment and advisory firm with a range of North American holdings in the gaming industry. Video King is North America’s largest provider of electronic gaming devices and systems, game designs, and bingo hall equipment. Video King’s customers include charitable organizations, Native American casinos, luxury cruise liners, and commercial and military establishments around the world.
