Twenty food start-ups with a game-changing concept vied for financing and recognition at last week’s FoodBytes! San Francisco pitch competition. Holland & Hart was an official sponsor of the event and Chuck Cotter, leader of the firm’s Food and Beverage industry team, provided valuable mentoring and coaching to competitors in advance of the event. Included in their prize package the three winners - Vega Coffee, Evaptainers, and Pure Cultures, will each receive legal consultation with lawyers from Holland & Hart’s Food and Beverage and/or Agribusiness teams to guide the growth of their companies.
