Faustine focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, working with clients across a range of disputes. She takes a pragmatic, considered approach, using thorough research to give clients clear, informed options as their matters develop. She works closely with the firm's Boise litigation team through all phases of a dispute.
Having spent two years in the federal courts before entering private practice, Faustine understands how judges read the record and weigh arguments—perspective she draws on in developing strategy for her clients. She has a particular interest in government and election-related matters.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Faustine served as a term law clerk to Magistrate Judge Debora K. Grasham of the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to U.S. District Judge Amanda K. Brailsford and worked with the Idaho State Bar Counsel, analyzing matters under the Idaho Rules of Professional Conduct. She also participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program.
A lifelong Idahoan, Faustine is dedicated to serving clients and communities throughout the state.
