Feldman and Nichols Elected Trustees-at-Large of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that partner Murray Feldman and associate Kristin Nichols have been elected as Trustees-at-Large of The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law (formerly Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation).

The Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law is an educational, non-profit organization dedicated to the scholarly and practical study of all aspects of natural resources and energy law. The Foundation brings together lawyers, professionals, academics, and students to learn and network in a supportive environment where all participants are valued. The Foundation is led by a Board of Directors and guided by a Trustees Council composed of representatives from 68 constituent organizations, including 35 law schools, 14 bar associations, and 19 industry associations, as well as 25 at-large trustees elected annually, past presidents, and a group of honorary trustees who have made vital contributions to the work of the Foundation.

With more than 30 years of experience, Murray represents project developers and state and local governments in high-profile Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and other environmental litigation, permitting, and counseling matters.

Kristin represents energy and natural resource clients in various litigation and regulatory compliance matters related to project development on federal, state, and tribal lands.
