Emily leverages her litigation and trial experience to advise clients on a range of business litigation matters.
Emily guides clients through all phases of litigation, from the investigation and discovery stages through trial preparation and trial. She has managed high volumes of civil cases and has trial experience in both federal and state court.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Emily clerked for Magistrate Judge Daphne A. Oberg of the US District Court for the District of Utah and worked as an associate at a regional law firm in New England, where she handled complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, and environmental cases.
