Erica is an experienced trial and appellate advocate focused on defending companies and individuals in business litigation matters.
Erica represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract claims, class action defense, business torts, and more. Erica gained valuable trial experience serving as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Her broad range of experience includes advising on litigation strategy, handling motion practice and discovery, representing clients as lead counsel in jury trials and briefing on appellate matters. Erica’s deep background in the legal industry gives her unique insights into advising on and helping clients navigate criminal and internal investigations.
Before returning to Holland & Hart, and after her time serving in the military, Erica obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School. Erica also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kristina Pickering of the Nevada Supreme Court.
