Holland & Hart’s initiatives around diversity and inclusion are always evolving, but the core commitment to DEI itself isn’t new. Established in 1988, our Diversity and Inclusion Committee (DIVCOM) provides guidance to management on improvements to the firm’s approach to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion while also serving as a support network for equity-seeking populations and allies.
