Holland & Hart is pleased to announce Diane Mathis-Durfey, partner in the firm’s Denver office, has been elected to serve on the International Law Executive Council of the International Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association for a one year term, effective July 1. As a member of the Council, Diane will assist with leadership directives and development of educational and professional programs dedicated to advancing the quality of the practice of international law.
Diane focuses her practice on international corporate, tax, and regulatory compliance matters. She leverages her extensive international expertise to help companies plan and develop a strategic approach to business based on the laws, customs, and culture of each foreign country. She works closely with in-house and outside counsel, management, and finance teams to proactively analyze legal risks and evaluate business options before embarking on new ventures abroad.
