Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

LCLD has a proven track record of superior professional-development programs for lawyers with diverse backgrounds at varying stages in their careers. It provides participants with opportunities to enhance their leadership and relationship building skills while also benefitting from LCLD’s extensive corporate network.

Utah Center for Legal Inclusion

Holland & Hart partners with UCLI on programs and educational events, including its Pipeline Mentor Program that provides law students of diverse backgrounds with access to career development advice and guidance from practicing lawyers.

Law Firm Antiracism Alliance

We joined other law firms across the globe in an international collaboration focused on tackling litigation and laws which challenges racial inequity.

Center for Legal Inclusiveness

Our CDIO and Director of Recruitment and Professional Development sit on the Board of this national organization whose mission is to advance diversity in the legal profession by actively educating and supporting private and public sector legal organizations in their campaigns to create cultures of inclusion. In 2021 and 2022, our CDIO was CLI’s Board Chair. Currently, she serves as Chair Emerita on its Executive Committee.
