Dean Bennett quoted in Idaho Statesman's Idaho Private 100

Dean Bennett, Administrative Partner of the Holland & Hart’s Boise office, was quoted in three articles included in the 20th publication of Idaho Statesman’s 2018 Idaho Private 100, distributed in November 2018.

The first article titled “Perception, creativity and action” discusses how there were only 10 new companies added to the IP100 list this year, but the companies on the list represent a large range of industries, including the expanding tech companies. “Looking at the 10 new companies, they represent retail, agribusiness, technology, health care, construction and forest products,” said Bennett. “-we have great companies representing a full spectrum of business types that further broaden our economic base.”

The second article titled “20 years is only the beginning” discusses how private companies are “the backbone” of Idaho. “Apart from looking forward to the overall rankings, I like to see who are the ‘businesses to watch’ – those who are either new to the list or are making moves upward,” Bennett adds.

Bennett is also quoted in a third article, titled “Two decades of success,” that provides insights into the consistency of the companies included over the 20-year history of the Idaho Private 100 list, as well as highlighting the differences and growth seen today. “We can see that Idaho has a great story to tell,” says Bennett, “We have a diverse business climate. The Top 100 represents companies from over a dozen industries who are a mix of generations – old companies and newer companies.”
