Daren counsels owners, developers, and contractors on the agreements and issues that shape construction projects from negotiation through completion.
Daren focuses his practice on construction matters, with a particular interest in the transactional work that keeps projects on track—drafting and structuring the project documents that get construction underway and advising clients on the risks those documents allocate, including issues like lien priority and notice requirements. He also handles corporate and transactional matters, such as entity formation and commercial agreements.
During law school, Daren interned with the Las Vegas Raiders, where he drafted sponsorship and commercial agreements and advised on trademark and data privacy matters. He also represented small businesses through the Economic Justice and Small Business Clinic at the Boyd School of Law.
Before joining Holland & Hart as an associate, Daren participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program.
