Susan will discuss how companies can best respond to and manage the legal implications in the first 48 hours after a serious accident, explosion, or similar catastrophic event.

Gregory Goldberg

Greg will address how to manage company risk and exposure in responding to government investigations into critical incidents. These strategies include preserving evidence, conducting internal investigations, and managing search warrants, site visits, and subpoenas.
