This year's Colorado Business Law Institute promises to the best one yet! Join a faculty of outstanding judges, law professors, government officials, and business law practitioners as they provide expert guidance on business law topics you need to know. From business entity formation, taxation, and planning issues, to mergers and acquisitions issues, to fundamental skills in drafting LLC operating agreements, there is something for everyone in this year's program!

As an added bonus this year's Institute will feature a keynote address on national business law issues by the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. In addition, Colorado Secretary of State Mike Coffman will address issues of particular interest to Colorado business law attorneys during his luncheon presentation.
