CloudCherry Finalizes Strategic Acquisition by Cisco to Transform Contact Center Services

Holland & Hart represented Utah-based Customer Analytics Technologies, Inc. (dba CloudCherry), a customer experience management (CEM) company that provides rich APIs, predictive analytics, and customer journey mapping with integrated sentiment analysis, in connection with its acquisition by Cisco, the worldwide leader in internet technology.

The CloudCherry team will be joining Cisco’s Contact Center business unit. This strategic acquisition will help companies transform their contact center from delivering reactive care to providing predictive support and move from isolated customer interactions to cohesive, engaging experiences for improved business outcomes.
