Cameron supports clients through complex business litigation and compliance work with a primary focus on the healthcare industry.
His experience includes all phases of litigation—ranging from administrative appeals and discovery to pre-trial motions and trial preparation. Cameron draws on significant inside exposure to litigation strategy through his past experience in federal court and ongoing client work, giving him a strong foundation for managing complex disputes and preparing cases for successful resolution.
In addition to litigation, Cameron routinely counsels hospitals, health systems, provider groups, solo practitioners, and insurers on a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and operational issues. His healthcare practice frequently includes matters involving Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance, physician and vendor contracting, medical staff governance, licensing investigations, peer review protections, EMTALA obligations, and payer-provider disputes. Cameron offers practical insight into the legal and operational challenges that providers of all sizes face—from managing enterprise risk and regulatory enforcement exposure to structuring compliant growth and alignment strategies.
Drawing on a background in public policy and direct experience working alongside leadership at some of Idaho’s largest healthcare companies, Cameron delivers legal advice grounded in both regulatory depth and real-world operational insight. He also has substantial experience with state procurement law, including major public contracting and administrative appeals.
Cameron’s clients include hospitals, provider groups, payers, public institutions, and corporations of all sizes across a wide range of industries. He closely monitors emerging developments in case law, legislation, and administrative rulemaking, providing forward-looking legal risk assessments that help clients make confident, informed decisions.
