by Alice Madden, Colorado's Climate Change Coordinator
Ms. Madden, who served four terms in Colorado's state House of Representatives, including four years as House Majority Leader, was appointed by Governor Ritter in 2009 to join the Governor's Energy Office (GEO) and serves as the state's Climate Change Coordinator. The GEO's mission is to lead Colorado to a New Energy Economy by advancing energy efficiency and renewable, clean energy resources, including the support of high performance building in the state.
