Chloe represents privately held companies on the transactions and corporate matters that come with forming, growing, and reshaping a business. She works on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance, helping clients structure and document deals and manage the details that bring a transaction to closing. Drawing on her finance background and in-house experience, Chloe focuses on the business behind each deal so she can give clients practical, comprehensive advice.
Before entering practice, Chloe spent several years working inside the legal departments of technology companies, where she negotiated and revised commercial agreements across a high volume of transactions.
Chloe participated in the firm's Summer Clerk program before joining as an associate.
