Chris Jackson is Quoted in Law Week Colorado Discussing Mail-in Ballot Rejections and Voter Solutions

Holland & Hart appellate attorney Chris Jackson, was quoted in Law Week Colorado’s Oct. 26 article entitled, “Dealing with Rejection.” The article looks at what causes mail-in ballots to be rejected, how voters can makes sure their vote counts, and the safeguards in place to remedy any errors flagged in the verification process. Jackson says “Colorado has a very good election system. That’s because there are a ton of election officials across the state…that have worked very hard for years to make the system work well, and in particular, to make the mail-in ballot system work well.”
