Caitlin’s experience spans both buy-side and sell-side transactions across various industries, including multiple multi-billion-dollar deals. She provides strategic perspective on deal dynamics and market considerations, representing clients throughout all stages of M&A transactions. Caitlin effectively manages the entire process from initial due diligence review through closing. She skillfully drafts, negotiates, and reviews transaction agreements while coordinating closely with clients to ensure seamless execution of their strategic objectives.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Caitlin was an associate attorney at Gibson Dunn, and previously practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York.
