Catherine L. Guzelian Joins Holland & Hart

DENVER (December 2, 2008) - Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Catherine Guzelian is a new associate in the firm's Denver office, practicing in the natural resources department.

Guzelian’s practice focuses primarily on transactional matters for the oil and gas and mining industries.  Her experience encompasses the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, exploration and development agreements, leasing agreements, operating agreements, and financing agreements and mortgages, as well as conducting oil and gas title examinations and preparing all forms of title opinions.  Before joining Holland & Hart, Guzelian completed a one-year judicial clerkship with Justice Allison H. Eid of the  Colorado Supreme Court and was an associate at Davis Graham & Stubbs in Denver.

Guzelian earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude.  She received her B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, and her B.M. in voice performance, with highest honors, from the University of Colorado.
