Holland & Hart’s Salt Lake City real estate attorney Carl Barton received the 2018 Real Estate Attorney of the Year Award from the Utah Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). This award is presented at the Utah CCIM Excellence Awards that honors elite professionals who demonstrate the highest degree of business excellence in the commercial real estate industry in Utah. Award recipients are selected by the CCIM board and committee, and a panel of about 90 community leaders. The Utah CCIM Chapter awards were presented on March 3 in Salt Lake City.
With over 30 years of real estate experience, Carl’s national real estate practice includes large, complex real estate transactions involving developers, buyers, sellers, joint ventures, and various types of real estate lenders. Carl is currently serving as a member of the University of Utah Board of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and is an active member of the Utah State Bar Real Property Section.
