Carl Barton Appointed Administrative Partner Of Holland & Hart's Salt Lake City Office

SALT LAKE CITY, UT…Salt Lake City attorney Carl Barton has been appointed the Administrative Partner of Holland & Hart’s Salt Lake City office, which includes more than 32 attorneys and staff who provide specialized counsel in domestic and international business transactions, emerging growth, intellectual property protection and litigation, commercial litigation, tax and real estate.

Mr. Barton’s practice focuses on commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential real estate finance, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development. He also represents clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including energy project finance and development, mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Barton earned his B.A. from the University of Utah 1982 and a J.D. from the University of Utah School of Law in 1986.
