Holland & Hart employment law partners Bryan Benard and Mickell Jimenez joined Human Capital Innovations (HCI) podcast host Jonathan H. Westover, PhD, to discuss companies’ efforts to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, including expanding the hiring pool of applicants, retention initiatives, and mentoring.
