Bradley T. Cave - First Attorney from Wyoming to be Named Fellow of American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers

CHEYENNE (July 7, 2009) – The American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers has elected Holland & Hart attorney,  Bradley Cave, as a Fellow. Election to this college is one of the highest honors a labor attorney may receive, and only a small number are chosen after long and distinguished careers. Cave is the first Fellow to be elected from the state of Wyoming, making this an even greater honor.

Cave's practice focuses on employment law and litigation. He represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, defamation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and employment-related torts. He has also been selected by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers as a top employment lawyer for several years. He currently serves as the Administrative Partner for Holland & Hart's Cheyenne office.

About the American College of Labor and Employment Lawyers
The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, headquartered in Washington, D.C., is a non-profit professional association honoring the leading lawyers nationwide in the practice of labor and employment law. The College was the vision of a number of the Fellows. The idea was to further establish this profession in all its aspects as one uniquely important to the world of labor and employment law, individual rights, collective  bargaining and dispute resolution. The College was established through an initiative of the Council of The Section of Labor and Employment Law of The American Bar Association. It operates as a free standing organization recognizing those who, by long and outstanding service, have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field.   The Wyoming State Bar does not certify any lawyer as a specialist or expert. Anyone considering a lawyer should independently investigate the lawyer’s credentials and ability, and not rely upon advertisements or self-proclaimed expertise.
